Black And White Long Exposure Of Ballidsare Falls in Sligo
A black and white photograph of Ballisdare Falls which is an amazing place that most people miss as they drive through Ballisdare. However it's a huge draw for fisherman and the place is teeming with wildlife making it a good spot for anyone with a camera aswell!
I took this in Slish Wood, Sligo and it's probably one of my most unusual images. Moss overhanging an oak tree deep in the forest had gathered rain into droplets that were suspended in it. Black and white does it more justice than colour and really brings out the textures.
I found that these too portraits worked much better together than apart, although I personally really like both they seem to tell more of a story together. This was a beautiful white horse in Mullaghmore that didn't seem to mind me getting as close as I did!
Commonly referred to as the Tulip Shark. This was taken in the morning after a night of heavy rain and really lent itself to a more ominous composition! It's a black and white macro photogrpaph with dew drops on the tulip and a shallow depth of field.
This is a macro photograph of a lace flower in autumn as it fades away. It has a beautiful and delicate lace structure that remains until the flower falls to the ground and eventually decays. This is taken against a beautiful green mossy background in Sligo, Ireland.
