Green Waters In Elgol
Elgol is a small scottish town on the south west coast of the Isle Of Skye in Scotland. It's off the beaten track and has the most stunning views of Loch Coruisk. Even on an overcast day the waters are oddly green and trasparent.
The sea is constantly eroding our coast and although it's not always a good thing it can create some beautiful rock carvings like this. I used a long exposure to smooth the water out but it's the red colour of the rock that really strikes me in this image. It was taken near Cork, Ireland.
